Physical fitness is not how fast you can run or how heavy you can lift but a balance between your: 

  • Body composition
  • Cardiovascular fitness
  • Flexibility
  • Muscular endurance
  • Muscular strength

An extensive assessment of all the above is carried out. Based on the physiological data, an individualized exercise training program can later be designed to optimize performance and results.
