Protein Bars – Home Made

This is our favourite Non Baking Recipe for devising Healthy Home Made Protein Bars

All you need are 4 ingredients:- Oats, Protein Powder (any flavour, any type), Peanut Butter and Milk or Water in the following quantities:

2 cups oats (160 grams)
4 scoops protein powder (120 grams)
5 tbsp. peanut butter (80 grams)
1/2 cup almond milk, milk, or water

This will produce 8 servings which you could use as a snack, post workout snack or desert replacement.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until you get a thick consistency. You might want to use your hands. Line a baking pan with baking paper and spray the paper with a non-stick cooking spray. 

Place the mixture on the baking pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or if you're in a hurry freeze for 30 minutes. Cut into 8 pieces when ready.They can be left in the fridge for up to a week or even frozen for longer.

Amount per serving:
200 calories
7g fat
18g carbs
17g protein
