Our personal training packages are designed to enable you lose weight and body fat in an efficient and practical manner.

After your initial free 60 minutes consultation, we will determine your specific goals and a weight loss program will be tailored to your unique needs. This is based on a combination of realistic lifestyle and nutrition adjustments, a cardiovascular exercise program together with a resistance training program.

This will enable you to achieve the shape you’re looking for and results are noticed within a few short sessions. You can choose to workout in a centrally located, fully equipped fitness studio or at a number of amazing outdoor spaces.
